In the area of visual arts, a specialist art teacher visit weekly to nurture creativity and many produce fine examples of art which are highly visible about the school environment.
Within performing arts, Broadlands School is also recognised for the opportunities it provides in the areas of music, dance and drama.
A highly skilled piano/keyboard tutor visits weekly for 30 minutes one to one tutoring.
An annual class or school production, provides a wonderful opportunity to all students to perform on stage; further developing their confidence and skills in the areas of music, dance and drama.
The Senior and Junior Kapa Haka Performance Groups also provides excellent opportunities for our tamariki to perform on special occasions, including the Cluster Cultural Festival.
